🌙 Night-Before Pickup Checklist: What to Know Before You Arrive

Your order is baked, boxed, and almost ready! Whether you’re a first-time customer or a Treats by Trin regular, I wanted to share a quick checklist so pickup day is smooth, stress-free, and sweet as can be 🍪✨

Here’s everything to know the night before your scheduled pickup:

🗓️ 1. Double Check Your Pickup Date & Time

I’ll always confirm your pickup date and time with you during the ordering process—make sure you have it saved in your phone (with an alarm if you’re like me 😅). If anything changes, just shoot me a message!

📍 2. Know Where to Go

Pickup is in the Oklahoma City metro area. The exact address and any special instructions (like gate codes or driveway parking) will be sent privately before your pickup window.

Please be respectful of the neighborhood and arrive during the agreed time slot whenever possible.

💸 3. Payment Should Be Complete

All orders must be paid before pickup. If you haven’t submitted payment yet, check your message or invoice link. Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal are all accepted (details included when you order!).

🎁 4. Prepare for a Safe Ride Home

Especially during hot Oklahoma summers, it’s best to keep a flat, cool space in your car ready for your treats. I recommend:

  • A clean seat or floorboard
  • Turning on your A/C before arrival if possible
  • Bringing a shallow box or tote for stability (optional but helpful!)

Treats don’t love long errands—head straight home or to your event for best results!

📦 5. Storage Tips (Once You’re Home!)

Not eating your goodies right away? Here’s how to store them:

  • Cookies & muffins: Room temp in airtight container (3–4 days)
  • Sourdough loaves: Best within 24 hours, or wrap & freeze slices
  • Cupcakes: Room temp up to 2 days; refrigerate for longer shelf life
